Shaggy has already stayed twice with Elaine and Israel and Shiloh
and Groot. This was Shaggy’s first stay in an environment with other dogs, which caused us some concern. It turns out that we needn’t have worried. Shaggy (5~6) who has slowly shown improvement over the year that we have had him, reached a
new stage in his social development after staying with Elaine and Israel.
This morning he actually ignored a treat while he led me to their door for his third visit.
Elaine and Israel are such nice people and, very importantly, it is a relief to leave Shaggy somewhere where he enjoys himself. We, including Shaggy, are so glad to have found Elaine and Israel’s pack.
